Our team of roughly 100 staff around the world is noted for its diversity and sense of community. We are very keen that people should treat each other with respect as fellow human beings, we have flat hierarchies and we work together on an equal footing. We view conflicts as an opportunity to change things.
As an expanding peace organisation, we are constantly developing. It is important to us that we work together to shape the path we are following.
